We have various distribution warehouses across the US, all orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) and may be delivered in between 3-7 business days (excluding processing time which is 1-2 business days). If you're order is not delivered within 7 business days after dispatch please reach out to us at admin@filtrd.com. We have alternate courier options for Europe & Asia.

For Europe, Asia and other Continents: Orders will arrive within 7-14 Business Days using Standard Shipping with a last mile courier.

Based on normal usage (1-2) showers per day, we estimate you will need to replace the stones once every 6 months.

The FILTRD® Shower Head has a Universal Size G1/2” fitment that is compatible with most standard shower fixtures and therefore is extremely simple to fit, all you need to do is unscrew your current head and twist your new one in, it's as easy as changing a light bulb! If you have a shower fitting that is not compatible, not to worry - we offer free returns!

In terms of water quality, you should notice a difference immeditely with regard to reduced limescale. The same goes for water pressure, this is also an instant improvement.
